Participants in the Early Years PLC consist of teachers and leaders from Early Childhood setting and Junior Primary classrooms across the Beach Road Partnership.

The goals of the PLC are to provide a forum where:

  • Early childhood educators can work collaboratively to provide best learning outcomes for students.
  • Early childhood educators can gain a shared understanding of student needs and transition principles.

Transition to school rubric

The transition to school rubric has been developed to support educators who are working with children from 4 1/2 to 6 years old as they transition from Early Childhood settings into school.
